Computer Resources - In the Library
iMac Computers (Microsoft Office & Printing)
The Academy of Art University Library has 26 iMacs for student and faculty use. The computers in a semi-circle around the circulation desk allow printing. From these computers you can print an 8 1/2" x 11" page in either color or black and white. Color printing is $0.50 per page and Black-and-White printing is $0.10 per page.
These computers have Internet access and the following applications: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Safari, and Firefox.
iMac Computers (Scanning & Photoshop)
In addition to the 26 iMacs that allow printing, the library also has 8 iMacs with scanners. You cannot print from the scanning station computers. These iMacs have Internet access and also have Photoshop CS2 installed on them.
Assistive Software - PC
The library also has a PC loaded with assistive software - this computer can be found near the Slide/Video Department.

Other Resources Available
- The Library has headphones that students can checkout while they are in the library to use with computers or televisions.
- You may check out a USB flash drive at the circulation desk - USB flash drives can be checked out for 2 days.
