Connecting to WGSN
When connecting to WGSN you may encounter a Security Warning, this page explains how to get past the Security Warning to access WGSN.

You will be prompted with the following login page where you will enter your Name and Student or Faculty ID Number.

Connecting On Campus
Using Mac OS X and Safari
When you go to WGSN you will be asked to enter a username and password:
Email library@academyart.edu for the WGSN username and password.
When you click the Enter button, you will see the following message:
Click the Continue button and you will be connected to WGSN.
OR
Click the Show Certificate button:
Click the Always trust "library.academyart.edu" when connecting to... checkbox. By Clicking this checkbox, you will not have to go through this process again.
Click the Continue button and you will be connected to WGSN.
Using Mac OS X and Firefox
When you go to WGSN you will be asked to enter a username and password:
Email library@academyart.edu for the WGSN username and password.
When you click the Enter button, you will see the following warning message:
Click the Or you can add an exception... link.
Click the Add Exception... button.
Click the Get Certificate button.
Click the Confirm Security Exception button.
(Make sure the Permanently store this exception checkbox is checked – this way you will only have to go through this process once).
If Firefox prompts you to resend click the Resend button. You should now be connected to WGSN.
Using Windows and Internet Explorer
When you go to WGSN you will be asked to enter a username and password:
Email library@academyart.edu for the WGSN username and password.
When you click the Enter button, you will see the following warning message:
Click the Continue to this website (not recommended) link. You should now be connected to WGSN.
Using Windows and Firefox
When you go to WGSN you will be asked to enter a username and password:
Email library@academyart.edu for the WGSN username and password.
When you click the Enter button, you will see the following warning message:
Click I Understand the Risks.
Click the Add Exception... button.
Click the Get Certificate button.
Click the Confirm Security Exception button.
(Make sure the Permanently store this exception checkbox is checked – this way you will only have to go through this process once).
If Firefox prompts you to resend click the Resend button. You should now be connected to WGSN.
Please include your Operating System (Windows XP, Mac OS 10.5.7, etc.) and Browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) information.
